Exercise with 4 Personal Fitness Trainers:1 hr per day

4 Hours of Ice Per Day (2 x 2 hr sessions)

Dinner at the Riverview or Inn Cafe

This program is designed to push players out of their comfort zone. Intensity is the key to any work-out on and off ice. We will be using every muscle on & off ice as well as challenging every skill during the on ice sessions. These classes will be geared towards preping players looking to become high end atheletes. Each session will push players in every aspect of skills and conditioning.
